New York Planning to Implement Cyber Rules for Financial Institutions

    Financial institutions in New York are bracing themselves for the impact of new state legislature that will require a cybersecurity plan and a CISO for their organizations. As of now, the rules are in draft form and require 45 days of public comments before they are finalized. The rules are intended to set a minimum standard for cybersecurity for these oft targeted companies. Read more at FedScoop.
