Hollywood Hospital Pays $17K to RansomWare Hackers

    Officials at a CA based hospital were forced to pay a ransom of $17,000 to decrypt medical files stored in it’s system. The Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center was forced to shut down it’s computers and network on Feb. 5 after the attack. Read more here at Threatpost.
