Peak Performance is a "managed services" solution for supporting information technology systems. With this approach, Technology's Edge provides specified service levels through a "Service Level Agreement" or SLA. Each SLA can be customized to the particular needs of a company so that it meets their unique requirements. In turn, our clients pay a reasonable monthly fee that is appropriate to the given service levels. Peak Performance SLAs are established on a one year contract basis. The Peak Performance program is a maintenance oriented program designed to take care of existing systems. It does not include purchase, design, or build-out of new systems.
