mission-critical to their organization with email having replaced voicemail as the preferred method of communicating
when not in person. While messaging systems are indeed vital, they can become problematic for a variety of reasons.
Viruses are spread through messaging systems more so than any other form of dissemination. What's more, many viruses
can be spread without the knowledge or consent of the user. Spam also can significantly drain the productivity of
employees and tax the network with unnecessary traffic.
