 Technology's Edge celebrates over 20 years of service in the IT Industry
Technology’s Edge was founded over 20 years ago and continues to be a recognized leader in the IT Consulting space in Southern California. In the mid 1980s, Bill Kilbourne and Marty Troup formed Technology's Edge as a consulting firm to provide small and medium sized businesses with comprehensive computer and local area network solutions. Early clients included Rockwell Intl., Aeromil, ABB Worldwide, Orange County Business Journal, Cummins Cal Pacific, Dainippon Screen, Hensel Phelps Construction, Irvin Aerospace, The Irvine Company, LPA, Chino Valley Water District, Del Taco, and Taco Bell.

Over the years, Technology's Edge has designed and supported multi-vendor networking solutions including products from Novell, Microsoft, 3Com, Citrix, HP, Compaq, and Cisco.


 

Some of the more notable projects include:

  • Complete systems integration of hardware and software solutions deployed nationwide for Industrial Materials Testing company.


  • Worldwide conversion of Frame Relay Network to Virtual Private Network for International Manufacturing firm.

  • Provided complete solution for early adopter of Microsoft NT network to major Architectural firm.
